You can only change or cancel your order before it is processed. After production begins, adjustments become nearly impossible.
Yes, we provide a 30-day guarantee for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or affected by manufacturing or shipping issues.
We do not cover mistakes in customer-submitted designs, damage from misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Yes, all claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. After this period, no request gets accepted.
If approved, we will offer either a replacement product or a refund to your original payment method.
