At Quick Case, we are committed to delivering your order with care, efficiency, and transparency. The information below outlines our processing times, delivery options, and shipping conditions to ensure a smooth experience from checkout to delivery.

Order Processing

  • Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 24–48 business hours
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (AEST) may be eligible for same-day dispatch
  • During peak periods, promotional events, or public holidays, processing times may extend to 48 business hours

Please note that custom-made items may require additional preparation time.

Delivery Options & Timeframes

(Australia Post)

All Quick Case orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days

Delivery estimates commence once your order has been dispatched and are subject to carrier conditions.

Shipping Rates

  • Express Shipping: $15.00
  • Standard Shipping: $9.95
  • Complimentary Standard Shipping: Available on all Australian orders over $49

All shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become visible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or amended only if production has not yet commenced.
If you require changes, please contact us promptly after placing your order.

Once production or dispatch has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping Address Accuracy

To ensure successful delivery, customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Please note:
  • Quick Case cannot be held responsible for delays, delivery issues, or returned parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • If an order is returned due to address errors, re-shipping costs will apply
  • Orders confirmed as “Delivered” by the courier are not eligible for refunds

We recommend carefully reviewing your delivery details before finalising your purchase.
