At Quick Case, we take pride in the quality of our products. As many of our items are custom-made, our returns and refunds policy depends on the type of product purchased. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.
Custom Phone Cases (Final Sale)
Design Confirmation
When ordering a custom phone case, you are responsible for reviewing and approving your design before checkout. Once an order is placed, it confirms that the design has been approved as submitted.
Acknowledgement at Checkout
Before completing your purchase, you are required to acknowledge that:
- You have reviewed your custom design and approve it for production.
- After this confirmation, custom orders are treated as final sale.
Changes or Cancellations
If you notice an error in your design, contact us immediately after placing your order. We may be able to make small adjustments if production has not yet begun.
Once an item has entered production, been printed, or shipped, changes, cancellations, or refunds are not possible.
30-Day Guarantee for Faulty or Damaged Items
We offer a 30-day guarantee for items that arrive faulty, damaged, or affected by a manufacturing or shipping issue.
What’s Covered
- Applies to both custom and non-custom products
- Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery
- Covers manufacturing faults and transit damage only
How to Submit a Claim
Please email support@quickcase.com.au with:
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Clear photos showing the fault or damage
Our team will assess your claim and contact you with the next steps.
Approved Claims
If your claim is approved, we will offer either:
- A replacement, or
- A refund to the original payment method
What’s Not Covered
This guarantee does not apply to:
- Errors in images, text, or designs submitted by the customer
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or everyday wear
- Gift cards or vouchers
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Customer-caused damage
- Normal wear and tear
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Please note:
- Quick Case is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- If an order is returned to us, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer
- Orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier are not eligible for refunds
Requests Outside the Allowed Timeframe
We are unable to process returns, refunds, or replacements for requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery.
