Shopping Information
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

With express shipping, you should expect the delivery in 1-3 working days; however, with standard shipping it will be 2-6 working days post dispatch.

How much am I going to be charged for shipping?

Standard shipping within Australia is free for orders of more than $49. Shipping for less expensive orders is decided at the time of checkout.

What if the order status says delivered but I do not have the order?

A courier marking your order as "Delivered" disallows you for a refund. You might want to try contacting the courier for more help.

Are delivery times guaranteed?

Delivery timeframes are only estimates and external factors may cause delays without guarantee. Shipping times start after dispatch and production or processing time are not included.

What if I provide a wrong address for shipping?

It is the customer who has to make sure the information about the address is accurate. Incorrect address may lead to a delay, return, or extra charge for re-shipping.

You can only change or cancel your order before it is processed. After production begins, adjustments become nearly impossible.

Yes, we provide a 30-day guarantee for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or affected by manufacturing or shipping issues.

What is not covered under the returns policy?

We do not cover mistakes in customer-submitted designs, damage from misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Is there a time limit to request a refund or replacement?

Yes, all claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. After this period, no request gets accepted.
